Extra Statutory Concessions: second technical consultation

Following the House of Lords' decision in the Wilkinson case, HMRC has launched a second technical consultation on the crucial ESCs.
CTG will submit its own contribution and would encourage its members to submit their own or to send us their comments if they would like us to include them in our response.
